Albania, Montenegro and two other countries are fast-tracking their path to EU membership The European Union is preparing special roadmaps for Montenegro, Ukraine, Moldova, and Albania, which would provide the four countries with clearer deadlines and conditions for making progress toward EU membership, Brussels-based Politico reported.
