Brussels Court Blocks Albania Air Traffic Control’s Accounts Over Unpaid Fine

After Albania said it would never pay a fine imposed by the international Court of Arbitration, it has emerged that the money is, in effect, being paid by taxpayers through government loans to a state company whose accounts have been blocked in Brussels in connection with the fine.
